1. Licensed Dealer Group Operations

FlipLane operates under Byrd Dawgs Automotive Group, a licensed motor vehicle dealership (Georgia License #GA-406). All wholesale auction bidding and reassignment documents comply with federal and state automotive compliance standards across all 50 states.

2. Co-op Membership & Fees

The $250 membership fee grants lifetime access to FlipLane dealer auction allocations, inventory software, and operating tools. Each processed transaction incurs a flat $250 paperwork and title processing fee.

3. Anti-Curbstoning Policy

FlipLane strictly prohibits illegal title jumping (curbstoning). All retail buyers receive compliant bills of sale, odometer disclosures, and reassigned titles processed through Byrd Dawgs Automotive Group.
