Membership Invoices
An invoice is issued to your account as soon as a payment settles, and a copy is emailed to you automatically. Signed-in members can review their full billing history.

Payment Settlement & Wire Deadlines
Auctions (OVE, Copart, IAAI) enforce strict late fee penalties if units are not paid within 24–48 hours of winning bid hammer. Wires received by 3:00 PM EST are settled with the auction on the same business day.
Vehicle titles are received directly from the auction by Byrd Dawgs Automotive Group LLC. Once certified funds clear, titles are reassigned and dispatched via FedEx Priority Overnight to your verified address.
