Welcome to the FlipLane Co-op. This onboarding guide walks you through identity verification, agreement execution, vault activation, and launching your first auction session.
Identity & KYC Verification
Federal anti-money laundering and state auto dealer regulations require complete identity verification for all co-op participants.
- Submit government-issued photo ID (Driver's License or Passport) via /verify-id.
- Verify legal business entity name, EIN, and physical address if registering as a business entity.
- Automated OFAC and Patriot Act compliance screening completes within 15 minutes.
Co-op Agreement & Power of Attorney
Because vehicle transactions and dealer gate releases are executed under Georgia Dealer License #GA-406 (Byrd Dawgs Automotive Group LLC), you will digitally sign:
- Wholesale Co-op Master Agreement: Defines buying privileges, transparent clearing fees, and pass-through auction pricing.
- Limited Power of Attorney for Vehicle Titles: Authorizes Byrd Dawgs Automotive Group LLC to sign reassignments and release gate passes on your behalf.
Vault Tier Subscription ($250/mo)
FlipLane operates on an all-inclusive flat monthly membership model. There are no percentage cuts or dealer markups on vehicle bid amounts.

- Grants instant full access to live bidding sessions across OVE, Copart, IAAI, and EdgePipeline.
- Cancel anytime directly from your dashboard with zero penalty or lock-in contracts.
Auction Portal Setup & ByrdDawgsOS Access
Once your subscription is active, you are provisioned your unique ByrdDawgsOS session token.
- Log into your command center at /byrddawgsos.
- Launch isolated browser bridge sessions directly to OVE/Manheim, Copart, IAAI, and EdgePipeline.
- Your session token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and rotates automatically on logout.
