Daily Checks
- Verify all five auction gateways report active credentials on `/admin`.
- Scan recent `audit.log` entries for unauthorized account modifications or credential probes.
- Verify `mail.log` entries to confirm transactional emails report `"result":"ok"`.
- Inspect `requests.log` for 500 status code spikes or 429 rate limit triggers.
Weekly Checks
- Confirm `/sitemap.xml` returns HTTP 200 with all current URLs.
- Review Google Search Console for crawl anomalies and index status.
- Verify redundant automated encrypted backup archive generation.
- Confirm host partition health and maintain disk storage thresholds.
Monthly Maintenance
- Run `composer outdated` and `composer audit` to identify dependency patches.
- Rotate and archive runtime logs exceeding 50MB.
- Review wholesale auction provider account standing under License #GA-406.
Backup Architecture
Included in Backups:
Encrypted Core Database, System Configurations, and Verified Member Verification Records.
Excluded from Backups:
Ephemeral application cache, transient runtime logs, and rate limiter stores.
